Basically, the practice treats Dr. Schreckenbach every patient who comes to us in the practice. However, the services provided are only billed on a private basis according to the principles of the fee schedule for dentists (GOZ) and – if necessary – according to the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ). In order to minimize the administrative burden for us, we settle the benefits through a dental clearinghouse.

You can, of course, submit the bill to your health insurance company – privately or legally. However, the reimbursement is based on the conditions of this health insurance or the contracts concluded with you as a patient. According to our current information, since April 1, 2007, it is possible for a legally insured patient to apply for reimbursement for a private treatment. For more information, please contact your insurer. For patients from a member state of the European Union, as a rule the benefits are reimbursed in the amount granted in the country of origin.
